SideTrax was born in a small East Sussex flat during lockdown in 2020, when a hobby decided to become something else. Originally we were just two musicians who liked to write their own music. Since then we've expanded to feature a wide range of specialist composers from home and abroad.

Our aim is simple: to bring you the best possible music at the cheapest possible price. In the last five years we've been privileged to see our work being used for a wide range of purposes. We've scored the soundtracks for two independant movies; had our music used in TV ads; provided background music for countless videogames; and been honoured to see our music used as backdrops for the work of both amateur and professional filmmakers. We're small fry compared to other companies out there but that's not neccesarily a bad thing. It means that we're competing to stay alive in a market that is overcrowded and increasingly suffocated by AI muzac. For this reason, we're compelled – and happy – to keep our standards as high as we possibly can.
